fernweh (n.) a crave to travel; being homesick for a place you’ve never been

I love to travel. There’s nothing quite like leaving a local airport and arriving somewhere new & unfamiliar. No matter where I’m leaving or where I’m going, I always feel alive after stepping off a plane and walking on the jet bridge to look out of the big, glass windows. Although I’ve traveled more than many have, I crave to see more of this beautiful world we have been blessed to live in.
